Weekend Recap ||

I've been slacking a little bit here & there keeping caught up with our crazy life. Here's a recap of what's been going on.

Weekend || April 24-26 

This weekend was one for the books.. T was leaving the next weekend and we wanted to do something fun as a family before he departed to AT for two weeks. We decided to go up to Salt Lake. We met up with our great friends, McKinnah & Cameron and went a little shopping crazy.  I love being friends with couples that have a baby. It's too hard to be friends with single people, or not married people.. All I want to talk about is Archer and shop for archer. Not to mention, it takes double the time to go anywhere now that we have a babe in the fam. Anyways, we went shopping up to Salt Lake, spent way too much money, laughed our butts off, got caught in the rain, and ended the day by staying in a nice comfy hotel room.  The next day we stopped at Cabelas for some camo for T and Archer, and some other stores. It was such a fun weekend & I can't wait to do it again! 

April 27-28|| Mesquite Getaway
So the fun just continued as we headed to Mesquite for my brothers birthday.  It was Archers first time to Mesquite and and I was so excited that his cousins were joining him!  T had turned 21 back in Jan and hadn't yet gambled... so I Turned him loose with $100 to go have some fun with my brother.  My mom, Megan, the kids and I went to the arcade for some fun.  When we met back up with them  I had expected T to have lost it all... BUT he came out with $650!! He had put in a $20 and won that much back.. say hello to vacation!  It was such a fun little getaway and we had a blast playing in the water.  This is why I love living where I do.  It is always so warm and we are only 30 minutes to Mesquite, NV!

May 1-3 || The sucky weekend

The weekend I was dreading. I'm such a baby when t has to leave. He is gone for two weeks and it literally sucks. I miss my husband and my best friend. We went to beaver and unfortunate his aunt passed away so we had some family things to attend to.. He left on Sunday and my mom decided to come down and stay with me for a couple days. I was able to live alone for six months while T was gone to basic.  But ever since has been back, I have became such a boob.  Anyways, we just hung out in Beaver all weekend then he left and my mom and and I came back to Saint George.

Anyways, all in all life is pretty dang good for myself and my little family.  T has an awesome job that allows me to stay at home full time to be with my little mister.  Although I may be crazy for saying this, I am considering going back to school next year to get my Bachelors Degree.  It isn't officially decided yet, but I am only a year away from one so I kinda feel it would be an awesome thing to get.  We have such a busy, but fun summer planned this year.  The end of May we are heading to New Mexico to see our long lost best friends, Skyler & Aspen and for them to meet Archer.  I am counting down the days!  One of my best friends, Kenadee gets to find out if shes having a girl or a boy on Sat!  I am hoping for a boy, so Archer can have a best friend!  I am so happy with everything that has happened lately.  The amount of love I have for Archer is indescribable.  I wish I would have had him sooner so I could experience this.  IT is the GREATEST feeling I have ever imagined.  I would be lost without my two boys!
