Archer | Two weeks old

My baby is two weeks old.. be right back while I go cry.  I cannot believe it has already been two whole weeks.  My little guy is such an angel and we are so beyond lucky to have such a good babe.  This week has been a lot of fun, grandma went home & it has been just the three of us.  Archer took his first road trip to Beaver (2 times in one week.) and even went all the way up to Spanish Fork to get his newborn pictures taken.  He was such a good babe all the way and didn't fuss one time!!  We spent the weekend in Beaver at grandma's house and met Archer's great grandma Sue.  One thing I always told myself was I wanted my grandma to be able to meet atleast one of my children.  I was so glad that Archer got to meet his great grandma, it means so much to me to have that happen.

Archer is sleeping from 1am-6:30am everyday.  His daddy wakes up for work around then and takes care of him and lets mom get some rest, and then we go back to sleep until 9:30-10:30 AM.  Archer is being better at sleeping in his bassinet.  He had his two week checkup this week and he weighs 8 lbs. 9 oz.  He is chunking right up, which is what we want!  We love chunky babes around here!  Archer loves tummy time, his mamaroo, being naked, and listening to white noise.  He hates lights, silence, and not being held.  His umbilical cord fell off which meant we could finally give him a real boy bath!  The weather was 75 degrees so we have gone on walks a ton and enjoyed the outside air!  We are so looking forward to summer time and fun road trips with friends!  Archer got to meet miss Kynzlee this week at our lunch date, and I just know they will be best friends... or little lovers! ;) Being parents is the best thing that has ever happened to us.  Why didn't we have a baby sooner? ;) haha, kidding ... but am I really?  Everything has gone SO incredible for us that we seriously may turn into 19 kids and counting... okay maybe not take it that far but we will see!
